while scannibg e-bay i saw a few things i was curious about. electric superchargers? bacically a 12 volt blower in front of air intake. claims 20+ rwhp. also coolant bypass from trottle body. i also saw various electronic kits some as simple as a resitor in a sensor (iat?). anyone try any of these things? I am saving for the real thing (super/tubo) thought i might try these in the mean time.

An electric super charger at 12 volts would need to be larger than your engine to do anything.
It is a heater fan, not much more. They are just trying to steal your money.
The intake air temperature can be fooled with a resistor for some possible gains. SLP used to sell a setup like that.
Coolant bypass, might help a little also, but not much,
