Is this the motor itself, or the full pulldown assembly? What year was it out of?

It's the entire assembly, the pre-mid-91 style.

Sorry, but the plenum has already been spoken for. If that falls through I'll let you know!

If my gf's camaro is a '92, do you know if this will fit or do I need the later style? I'm in the dark about it, just know the threads on hers are stripped (motor runs fine)

92 is the later style, so this one won't fit. On my 92, I had the exact same problem. I took it apart, and there is a plastic gear that strips out. I went to my local Chevy dealer and was able to order just the gear for a reasonable price.

Yup! What he said! There's also the option to go through Lon at Top Down Solutions.

FYI ... I sent a ST35 solid bar from Dallas, TX to Los Angeles, CA recently and it was $27 via UPS.
No packaging ... just sent it.

roadracetransam, if you're still wanting the bar, let's say $33 to ship, if it comes out as more, no big deal, less, I'll send you the money back, PM me if you're still interested
