It's probably cached.

Try opening the site in FF, then hold Shift and click the Refresh button up top.

Edit: I originally typed Control but I meant Shift.

I think you are right.

I'm in IE now on a PC that I haven't booted in a few weeks and it has the old banner ...

Let's see if a forced refresh fixes it ...

This is how the board looks to me... I've gone through all the settings in FF and have allowed everything image related. No other sites do this for me.. I'd really like to get it fixed!

Works fine in IE, and what's odd, the invision power services' own board does the same thing, but many of the other IPS-powered boards work fine..

from left to right....

the first picture is absolutely stellar.

second pic is kinda boring IMO. I think you need to put a thirdgen there. I have some nice high res photos of my car and StanIROCZ's in car in action I can send you if you like. They would be perfect.

3rd pic, again incredible. Nothing better than a black Z cookin' the hides coming off.

4th, definetly feeling the 3rd gen love.

5th pic, diggin it, real race cars are cool.

sample thirdgen pics that might be used....

Yeah, here you go. (IMG:http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-3/125164/IMG_4479.JPG)

If you're actually serious for some reason about wanting a higher res copy, pm me an address. Number three is just one of a somewhat embarassing sequence that I...ummm... just happen to have on my computer.

Really. I'm sure there are tons of other black LT1s out there with complete wankers behind the wheel and "96" magnets on the fender. No proof whatsoever that was me.

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

FWIW I think this is a better shot from that sequence. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Thats not a good pic of my car. Must have been a bad hair day, or a 'fat' day, or something like that.

This is probably my favorite:

Austin, where is that photo taken?

EDIT: never mind, just checked your site, I'm guessing Waterford Hills?

Here are a few more action shots, of thirdgens of course!

This is what happened when I actually got traction in 2nd gear coming off a corner. Almost carryin' the hoops (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
(IMG:http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w178/1meanz/OVR%20autox%20pics/dsc_0779.jpg)

Here is trackbird experiencing some traction problems....

Probably not many mustang fans here but gotta respect this display..

Grattan. You gotta come out there sometime.

Does that red CP thirdgen run at a lot of NWOR events?

I'd like to make a few track days this year to try out my new Konis, camber plates, and adjustable prop valve. Plus it would do me good to try a course that is a little slower since I don't know what the heck I'm doing yet. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Nelson Ledges is a big course for a rookie driver like me...

The red CP thirdgen is a pic I stole from the interwebz. I've never seen the car in person.

Grattan is bigger (2.5 miles) and your top speed will be higher (probably close to 140 in your car). Average speed will be lower than Nelsons, though. I would consider Grattan quite a bit safer than Nelsons. There is more run-off room at Grattan and Nelson's has the banks that you will get into trouble with if you go over top of them. I consider Gingerman a safe place to run, too. Even more run off room.

sounds like a great course. Plus it's closer to me than NL is. 140 sounds a bit over my level at this point, guess I'll have to pull a few plug wires off.

now go back to work and get your car done so we can go together.

I FINALLY figured this one out! I had disabled network.http.sendRefererHeader in firefox's about:config so I could used crazedlist (searches multiple craigslist sites at once.. it's a great site!), and for whatever reason, this board is the only one that requires the refererring site's header info in order to display images.

Just in case anyone else has this issue... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)
