I'm considering making the trip, if I have the time. Though I might be crewing for two teams (you and the Mustang).....

I'll keep you posted.

"Will crew for gas money" (or is that "track time")

I didn't think the Am V8 guys were to be there. Are you possibly thinking of two different w'ends?

Yup. I didn't catch the VIR in your post. I was thinking that you'd be in Nashville next weekend, that's where I'm considering making a trip to for the weekend. VIR is a haul for me (though it's probably not any better for you).

I'll challenge you... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Second place in my Discount Tire shop's 4 wheel rotation contest. I lost to my boss cuz he cheated. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Steve, man I wish I could help you out, but I've got a VIP coming into town for the weekend and I'll be fully absorbed by her company. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) However, let me know if you need help again and I'll see what I can do. God I love working for an airline. Typically, check/fill fuel, check oil levels, air pressures, make sure the hood/body panels are properly fastened, take lap times, tire temps and pressures after coming off track, etc.

Then, you get to help/try to fix any crash damage (or help fix it, duct tape it, etc) and anything that breaks. Steve's car is pretty reliable.

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I got GNR tickets for Next weekend in NYC.

I will be in Boot camp from June-august. But after that I'll be in Tech school near Norfolk, from Mid august till dec. I should have some weekends off, so just keep posting. Although I've never tested Tire temps, or messed with Hood pins. I've changed my opti 3 times though (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/bs.gif)

Steve,
If you're ever up at LimeRock, I'd be glad to help crew. Did TransAm for 3 years, and had a great time...
