Just the leather insert. Mine has a rip in it. I'm not sure how they come apart but it would sure be easier to ship the an entire panel. Can you help?

I just went and looked at the door panel. Mine is that greyish charcoal color. I guess that's not going to work. |

Here is the color of the panel. The rip is on the right side just behind the seat belt mount so you can't see it in this photo. Is this the color yours is?
