I can't believe all my favorite series are racing this weekend. My VCR is going to get a work out this weekend. Wish I had TiVo!

Speed WC on Sunday afternoon. In my opinion it's the best racing going on at the moment. ALMS is good stuff too, but with Speed WC it's actually "affordable" racing, so it seems more attainable and real somhow.

QUOTE (JKnight @ Jul 15 2004, 07:15 PM) In my opinion it's the best racing going on at the moment. Agree with you on that. Large fields of cars, battles for positions up front and mid pack, good stuff. If I didn't see Lou G raced in T/A, I would've never been exposed to WC live and be hooked. |

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) I love Sears Point . Was there last year. Lots of good places to watch the race. One place was the uphill on T1. Man, the two Vettes trying to lap the 2 Ferraris was so deafeningly loud!! The hill totally amplifies the sound. It was a blast. What a difference to Lime Rock! Lime Rock is like a golf course, full of trees and very small. Sears Point is like a dessert, and huuge! Have fun! |

WOW, the two race's so far were great.
it seem's like cadi is sandbaggin (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) im no race car driver, but it seem's to me that thier short shifting and thier not taking the best line or driving in to hard. but what the hell do i know,i've never even raced before (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |
