$1500 plus shipping.

Bought this trans with a galled input shaft.
Jason at Texas Drivetrain Performance did a complete rebuild.

This is the trans with the lower and closer 1-3 gear ratios and the lower 5th gear.

The trans shifts like new ... probably better.

I would also consider a trade for your 6 speed and cash.

Reason for selling is that a couple of the tracks I run at are not very good for this trans' gearing.
Too low RPM in 4th and too high RPM in 3rd for certain sections. It leaves me as a sitting duck.

Found this

M28 M29 94+
3.36 2.97 2.66 1st gear
2.07 2.07 1.78 2nd gear
1.35 1.43 1.30 3rd gear
1.00 1.00 1.00 4th gear
0.80 0.80 0.74 5th gear
0.62 0.62 0.50 6th gear

The M29 is close to the z06 trans

corvette auto/mn6/mn12
First: 3.06 2.66 2.97
Second: 1.63 1.78 2.07
Third: 1.00 1.30 1.43
Fourth: 0.70 1.00 1.00
Fifth: ---- 0.74 0.84
Sixth: ---- 0.50 0.56

I blew the MN12 in my z06 and popped in an MN6 and the acceleration is quite a bit slower.

I'll knock a few bucks off if you let me keep it through the Saturday, just in case Glenn needs a trans for Sunday.

I bought this transmission and Mitch is bringing it to Mid Ohio for the NASA Nationals. My Dad will be taking possession of it at some point. My dad drives the #33 C4 Vette in the ST2 class. Should any of you 4th genners need a tranny during the Nationals, go find my Dad. I will sell it for what I paid for it - $1,500 - to someone in need. I'd hate to see someone sit out the "big game" if I could help...
