I would assume that LT1 and LS1 springs are the same, right? I'm considering selling my Strano springs.

correct. strano springs are not lt1/ls1 specific.

Off the top of my head, LT1 front V8 springs were 314 lbs/in, while LS1 V8 front springs were 292 lbs/in. I still have both sets left over.
