Went to that event today to watch a coworker race his 1960 MGA twin-cam. Also got to see the Can-Am cars and some older NASCAR stockers as well, plus this freakin' wild Trans-Am Mustang. He was roughly ten seconds faster than the historic Trans-Am cars.

Didn't appear primer, but it was primarily black. The car came to the track in a full-size 18-wheeler, with ACS (Advanced Computer Solutions) as its major logo (Sponsor?). I think the driver's name was Mike Davis. It had a pretty wicked engine from Huffaker (Sonoma CA), with what appeared to be a custom cross-ram intake and two Holleys.
