I thought I'd post this and see if anyone else was interested before I place my order.

I found a shop that will make me die cut FRRAX.com logos (like the last batch). I have talked to the shop about 2 options.

The first one is a 24" wide, 3 color logo (the way the logo actually looks). They would be $27 (shipped in the 48 state region). I'm planning to order some for myself.

And/or, I'm going to get some 3"x10", single color (grey?, though I could possibly get Red, Blue, Black or White, I'd have to check with the shop to see if the cost would change to buy some of each color) decals. These would be $6, shipped in the 48 state US region.

I'm going to place the order in a few days (after I give this a day or two for replies) for mine and at least a few extras. If anyone is interested, let me know. As I said, I just thought I'd mention it before I order my own.

The logo will be the one seen here:

http://www.cafepress.com/frraxco/

Paypal is the easiest (I get the addresses in a file that way, but I can do a money order if needed, PM me for an address).

Are these going to be just like the first batch? I like the die cut, but not the big square or oval. If they are, I'll take two of the 3x10 in grey or a silver.

Yes, they will be die cut stickers. I'm planning on a grey/charcoal (whichever it is) color. I'll get yours on the list.

Brent can make them in multi-colors. He sent me a prototype a while back-looked really nice. That was back when Chris owned the board.

I have a vendor lined up for this batch who'll do the large ones in multi color, but not the small ones. However, I can get blue, red, white, black, and grey (as I remember) in the small ones if needed.

I had two of the stickers from the first run and wanted a few more, so I found a shop to do them for me (I guess I should have had you put me in contact with Brent) and thought I'd see if anyone else wanted some.

If he can do the small ones in multi colors (the 3 color), I might have to get in touch with him after I get this batch and see what his prices are.

These are being made by Dave at our new sponsor (I have to get the banner posted). After getting the logo and asking what it was for, he checked out the site and made arrangements to join us as a sponsor.

With a red car, the best option for me is either white or the multi colored one. Put me down for 1 of the large multicolored ones and 4 of the smaller ones in white.

John,

What color do you need. I should be able to get red, blue, black, white, silver. Let me know what you need (if any) and I'll put them on the list.

I'll take (1) large one (red/white/blue), and I'd like 2-3 of the small ones, but let me know the color first. I'd like white, blue, red. The silver one which I got 4 of last time, I have to say sucks. It works well on the black trailer, but the silver is terrible on a window (honda and truck).

Let me know on the colors for the small one. I'm not sure if you are making multiple, or the whole order is going to be one color.

I'm going to try to do multiple colors. As long as there are more than 1 of a color (preferably 5 or so), I'm going to order each color.

I'm going to need a few for the Baja that you guys made donations to. The 2 foot long size might be a bit too large and over power our main sponsor, so I'll take 5 of the smaller ones (gotta put a few on my car too!) I'm not sure what color we're going to paint the baja yet, but it will have to be school colors, red and silver. Somehow last year's car wound up being black and red. I guess if it is a white background it wont matter what color the font is.

Go ahead and use the guy you have now. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Can we get some in black? The white or silver doesn't work well on my white car either. I'm sorry some were displeased with silver that I got last time, it was the only color I could get poeple to agree on last time and we were trying to keep costs down.

The multi-colored I got from Brent is large and really nice, but he's a one man operation and I don't know if he has the ability to make these in bulk for a decent price. In fact I doubt it-he had to hand finish these. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I have to verify the total available on the large decals. I originally told him that I figured I'd need a max of 4 of them and 30 of the small ones (I really wasn't sure how many I'd need, but I didn't think I'd see much response, guess I was wrong). He didn't have the time for a "huge" job, but said something like 4 and 30 would be fine. I suspect I can get a few more of each done, but I'll have to verify that if we go over 30 small ones and I'll have to verify the total count on the large ones (and see what he has the time to do). I don't think it will be an issue.

Keep posting and I'll see where we wind up.

I didn't figure very many people would be interested. So, I just tossed it up there "in case". I didn't plan on being in the sticker business (not that I mind handling the orders). I tried to keep the markup down to where it covers freight costs and paypal fees (it was not a money making idea, more of an "I'm ordering a few, anyone want any?".).

I'm going to have to take a count up until this point and possibly split it up and make anything after this post a second order. I don't want to kill my vendor.

I'll take a count and see if we are at a good place to split the order and post back when I'm done.

Ok. I'm going to split the orders (if there are any more). Right now, I'm going to order 45 small (I'm getting a few spares of each, so I'll have a few) and 6 large. Due to the increased order size, I suspect it will take closer to 3 weeks to get them done. I'll ship them as soon as I get them in my hands.

Everyone who has ordered thus far, feel free to paypal or PM me for a mailing address.

Thanks!

It's included with the price. I wasn't going to deal with "+ freight" and that mess, so I priced them "shipped".

Yes I did. I added a "Paid" list at the bottom of the first post.

The decals were shipped to me yesterday. I should have them soon and hope to get them shipped early next week (Monday?).

The first batch of Decals arrived today. The large, 3 color ones are very sweet (they have the black outline around the letters, they look even better than I expected) and the single color versions look very nice as well. Once I get one of the 3 color ones on my car, I'll have to post a picture of it.

I plan to pack them and address them tomorrow and Friday and ship them out Monday (if all goes well).

Got it, thanks Randy!

I just finished the first batch and will try to get to the post office tomorrow after work to ship them. The orders that had a large, 3 color, decal in them will be going Fedex ground and I'll drop them off on my way into work tomorrow morning.

I've got several left.

Yeah, that was quick! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I didn't realize how LARGE the large one is. I think it is going to go in the center of the rear window on my truck.

That's why they cost what they did. They are "giant" 3 color decals. Glad you like them.

The time thing isn't too bad (I made my wife help) and I don't mind. As I said, I was getting some made for me and thought I'd ask if anyone wanted any, I was surprised by the response. So, I should thank you for your support of the site (enough that you want to tell friends about it, I appreciate that). I didn't plan to get in the sticker business, but I still have some extras in stock and can order more if needed.

There are no little people here, if everyone left, I'd be pretty lonely here all alone. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Don't forget, Dave at Soloperformance.com made these (our newest sponsor). If you need decals and suchsuch made, drop him a line (he does great work). I'm sure he'll be doing more stuff for me after seeing his work.

Thanks guys. I'm glad to hear that they are all arriving in good condition.

I'll try to do it tonight. The only bad news is that I put mine on the top of the rear window and the black does not show well. I may have a couple made for me with grey/silver where the black is in the 3 color logo so they show on my car better.

We need a catchy phrase for the logo. For some unknown reason "Suck it! with compassion" comes to mind (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
