opinions on paint.... - F-Body Road Racing and Autocross Forums

I read the information on how to make ghost flames. It said to mix colored pearl (black pearl on black paint) with clear to create ghost flames / designs. So the question is will red pearl look good on black? I wan to paint the grand sport wheels I have black (to blend with the rest of the car) and was thinking about ghosting some designs into them and though black would not be noticeable enough and red would look nice with the red/black interior in my car. So would red pearl look good on black? or will it look bad?
