Hey guys, it appears that I'm going to try to make Friday, Sat and Sunday. I need to install some new axle bearings in my 2002 Camaro, but I have no slide hammer. Does anyone who's making the trip have the tools to change the bearings? My thinking is that if we are not fixing race cars, maybe we/I can try to toss new axle bearings in the back of my car. I just need the tool/tools to do it.'
Thanks in advance. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/2thumbs.gif) |

You can rent slide hammers at places like Napa, Autozone, Kragen...just get the address to one nearby (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
