Sounds like the track owners have shot themselves in the foot, but ultimately, the home owner is a grade A dumbass.

It's starting to sound like the track owners could have curbed this issue long before it got out of hand, but that still doesn't dismiss the home owner from being a douche bag about building next to a track and raising hell. Sad thing is our region was considering using Altamont speedway as a semi permanent autocross site.
