In the quest to make this car run for Nashville, I ordered a set of 800 in lb "competition" springs from Global West. I then wound up deciding to use something else. These are on the way to me and haven't arrived yet. However, since I'm not going to be using them, they are for sale. When I called, they told me that they are 800 in lbs and lower the car 1" in the front.
These are 3rd gen springs and will not fit a 4th gen. Also, this is only a pair of front springs, no rears. $150 shipped (48 states) |

Hmmm... I was just thinking about changing my front suspension somehow but I didn't even start the research yet. Do you know the free length yet? I'll also ask what you decided to go with instead.
I have Hotchkis springs now with a rate around 600 lbs that lowered the car about the same amount, and I remember they didn't go in all that easily. I'm hoping those are significantly shorter. |
