All of my pistons have valve reliefs cut into the domes... #6's piston is almost upside down... Anyone selling some sort of LS1/2/6/7/x short block? (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I'd like to at least get it back on the track while I save up for my next monster motor... |

Yeah, it's a stocker.. it was the only chain I could buy at the time. All the double rollers and such came out some time after.
Doesn't explain the rod however. Unless there was enough slack, maybe when it broke, there had to be some massive detonation to slam the rod that hard.. *shrug* This post has been edited by CJ-TA: Oct 18 2007, 11:43 PM |
