Not my video, but thought I'd post a link here since it's an ITE Camaro. This track looks pretty scary from a run-off standpoint. Anyone here been on it?

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/banghead.gif) I did the same when I came out with my new motor this year.....must be like hitting golf balls in water traps huh? Difference was, my bullet proof Advanced Induction Solid Roller valve train kept me from ANY damage..... ....to the engine (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) The rear end didn't like that shock too much though and blew up shortly thereafter This post has been edited by rmackintosh: Nov 14 2007, 12:59 AM |

Difference was, my bullet proof Advanced Induction Solid Roller valve train kept me from ANY damage..... Heh, I wouldn't recommend counting on that in the future. Mechanical overrevs of that sort can and will break stuff no matter who's name is on the valvecover. Consider yourself lucky.... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif) |

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif) ....oh it wasn't Advanced Induction who saved the day....rather the Xceldyne Components and NASCAR base PSI springs that saved the day....even the engine builder said those things are **practically** indestructible.... I did it a total of 4 times on two separate weekends....I dunno why I started doing it....and I have now STOPPED thankfully! |
