I'm guessing that they limit the revs to 6K because the inlet restrictors (and the subsequent optimized cam/timing/tune/valvetrain) prohibit them from making any more power at the MUCH higher revs we all know those Katechs are capable of screaming to before grenading?? |

Speaking of which, I am just amazed at the power they make through those itty bitty inlets. I mean just look at them...
