Did you all hear the announcements that along with the Camaro, GM has decided to revive the Firebirds.
Late 2010 will be the release of the V8 Firebird and early 2011 for the V8 Trans Am. There will be no Formula. There might be a "WS6" in the future called RamAir.
The Firebird will get the 5.3L LS3 based engine.
The T/A will have the 6.0L LS2.
No LS7's or LS9's sorry.

Styling will be the same retro as the Camaro, with the usual different front facia and different tail lights, and different interior Thank god, othere wise the same.

Yeah, probably april fools, but if it's true, I will probably wait and see what the Pontiac version looks like since I think the new camaro is a bit on the homely side.
