The One Lap of America School is in a couple of weeks. Details:
http://www.beaverun.com/event_one_lap_of_a...hool_dinner.htm I plan to be there. Like last year, I will run my CMC car on Saturday and my street car on Sunday (weather permitting - I don't run in the rain or snow unless there are points or Toyo bux on the line). Anyway, for those of you unfamiliar with this, it is essentially a two-day lapping day event with the classroom sessions focused on clearing driver's to race in the One Lap of America event. I was there last year and managed to meet and chat with Brock Yates. He even looked over my CMC car and approved. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a lapping day AND rub elbows with some drivers you might have heard of. Anyone thinking of coming? It's always good to see the f-bodies out there. |

Yeah, yesterday was unbelievable for weather and track conditions. It was so, so nice to get back out there after an 11 month hiatus.
Also after hearing Rudy talk about that Z06 you were driving, I was GREEN with envy. You lucky bast*&d! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Good luck at the OLOA and please report back. |
