For those that have the 36mm offset ZR1 wheels could you please do me a big favor, I need to see how much room if any there is between the stoptech brake caliper and the back of the spoke on these wheels by using this fitmitment guide from Stoptech?
http://www.stoptech.com/wheelfitchart/PDF/camaro.pdf I contacted AFS and they basically told me they wouldn't check. Said they built them to clear the stock calipers, duh no kidding. I even sent the exact link above to tell me if they would fit and said they would not be able to tell for me (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) I would really appreciate it very much if someone could do this for me!!! I'd even send a few bucks your way for doing this as well (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

QUOTE (rmackintosh @ May 3 2004, 11:26 PM) QUOTE Has AFS ever had an auction for 4 17x9.5 in a 38mm offset or all most of them the 9.5 and 11 combo. ...not AFS, but I think I have seen OE Wheels with 4 9.5's with 38 mm lately....there are a ton on ebay....takes a while to go through them all.... Yeah I noticed that and I have emailed them about that as well to see if I could get a price quote on a set of these. Whats the biggest difference between the OE and AFS wheel? Weight? More durable over the other? |
