I will be completing LT1 to LS1 brake swap. Looking to try out a few different pads. I want to try used before I buy new. Anyone have used front brake pads they can part with? Hawk plus? ST41S? XP10s?

Good question. It is my daily driver/road racer. I have hawk HP plus on there now, all four corners. And, I guess the Hawks are considered more street than track. I don't drive the car more than 5000 miles a year. Looking to Road Race at Miller Motor Sports Park 3-5x per year. I am not good enough for all-out racing yet. More like "Open Track" days. The car is stock interior, with Koni yellows in front, reds in back, LGMotorsports SS Springs, subframe connectors, Hotchkis panhard and trailing arms, CAI, and PCMforless computer work. 275/40/17 goodyear F1s. Will be installing Fidanza flywheel and centerforce dual friction clutch next weekend. Hopefully that helps?

They are very easy on the rotors, you'll like the way they modulate too. Let me know and I'll shoot you a pic and a price for 'em. |
