That also says trucks were being discounted heavily because dealers didn't want to be stuck with them.

That also says trucks were being discounted heavily because dealers didn't want to be stuck with them. Yeah, but to buy one you still have to want one. I think the low pricing just encouraged people that were going to buy new trucks in the next few years anyway to buy sooner. Even with the reduction from sticker, there were still a lot of cars that were cheaper. |
