RumbleZ, one of our current members submitted a new banner. I finally got time to put it up on the site.
Maybe we should do a guest banner from time to time. I'm open to suggestions, submissions and input. |

Austin, where is that photo taken?
EDIT: never mind, just checked your site, I'm guessing Waterford Hills? Here are a few more action shots, of thirdgens of course! This is what happened when I actually got traction in 2nd gear coming off a corner. Almost carryin' the hoops (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) (IMG:http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w178/1meanz/OVR%20autox%20pics/dsc_0779.jpg) Here is trackbird experiencing some traction problems.... (IMG:http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w178/1meanz/OVR%20autox%20pics/kevinfast.jpg) Probably not many mustang fans here but gotta respect this display.. Grattan. You gotta come out there sometime. Does that red CP thirdgen run at a lot of NWOR events? I'd like to make a few track days this year to try out my new Konis, camber plates, and adjustable prop valve. Plus it would do me good to try a course that is a little slower since I don't know what the heck I'm doing yet. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Nelson Ledges is a big course for a rookie driver like me... The red CP thirdgen is a pic I stole from the interwebz. I've never seen the car in person. |

Grattan is bigger (2.5 miles) and your top speed will be higher (probably close to 140 in your car). Average speed will be lower than Nelsons, though. I would consider Grattan quite a bit safer than Nelsons. There is more run-off room at Grattan and Nelson's has the banks that you will get into trouble with if you go over top of them. I consider Gingerman a safe place to run, too. Even more run off room. |
