The excuse they give is:

I was told the intention was to put custom wheels and tires on at that time but that was delayed for some reason after the originals were sold, so the junkyard rims and tires have been on ever since. However the original lug nuts, marked "metric" are all there. That's the only reason I question it. If they'd said what you mentioned, I'd have said "makes sense to me". But something seems a bit odd. On the other hand, who buys that generation IROC with that driveline as an investment. Maybe they just forgot about it, who knows. And he couldn't afford a car cover? |
