They make fancy HD borescopes now that you could look through the spark plug hole at the bores and see if they are rusted or not. Would save taking apart a virgin car, once it's apart it would never be the same again. I'd clean it up and leave it alone. Just treat it like a piece of furniture and never start or drive it. The car's only redeeming value is that it has 4 miles on it.
