GM's one-off 4th gen ZL1 Camaro had that hood (1998-up nose). Underneath the hood was a 572 CID engine. Saw the car in a couple of magazines, then saw it at DEI a couple of years back. The car was black, and the stinger was painted dark silver/charcoal and looked really good, at least to me.

VFN makes the hood as well; dunno about their hood quality though. http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/site.htm
