 Bolt circle?? for adapters/spacers |

I have a 2001 Camaro SS. The bolt circle [ center on one bolt to another is 4 1/2 "] I see adapters/spacers that are supposed to fit corvette/ camaros and are listed as 4.75". What gives here??
