hell i have always been into cars, i had a 95 ta, modded it, had fun and sold it. but once i was spectating at infineon a few years ago and watched a road race heat with 4th gens, and mid 90's mustangs. what is the lowest mod level or class you can start in? i only know of scca or whatever and still don't know of specific classes within the scca. i would like to purchase an LT1 6 speed again and start at step one.

The best thing to do is just go out to an event(or more) and just volunteer as a worker. You get to see/ hear everything first hand, and they never turn away anybody that wants to help. Just get in touch with the local club by email and they will get you on the right path!
This is what i did and it really helps to know whats going on when you do decide to start tracking a car! Its a great time with like minded people! I started with SFR SCCA than on to Cal Club SCCA, now i race with NASA SoCal. |
