Or if you have the means, but a junker off craigs list for few hundred bux and part it out. That's how I got a lot of spare parts (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Actually, your best bet is look on craigs list. Given the current economy there's probably a few people parting 3rd gens out in your area (there's quite a few around here). You just need to find them and offer them some cash for a part that they otherwise couldn't sell.

It's been modified with the center section cut out and a tubular cross brace welded back in for oil pan/header clearance. This part has been in the car from '91 till '08 and very solid. I pulled the bolts, dropped the modified one out, and bolted a donor stock crossmember back in with no issues. I'm located in Bloomington, IL but visit Indy often and could meet you there.
