My friend was there in a "teal" (Calypso? I think that's Fords name for it) 5.0 Notchback with a full cage on black CCW's. Said he had a lot of fun.

Kept meaning to tell you that I met Bill last year or the year before at Giant stadium. I helped him load the car on the u-haul trailer when the ramps kept shooting out the back.. he has a much better trailer now!. But I have to admit that I'm jealous of the carbon fiber available for that car... even if I would never cough up the dough for it! His car looks well built, should we expect the same quality on your car?

You can expect it, I'm ok with disappointing you guys...lol. Bills car is very well done (and some of it was done by a shop, the rest by us (when he lived in Columbus) and him (since he moved)). I hope my car is as nicely done when it's finished. I'm trying to do a quality job on everything. I'm finding out what I'm good at and what I'm not so good at, but I'll press on. Bill is coming to the NFME (and bringing that Mustang along) this year. I hope to have my car assembled and running so we can get out on track and shake them down together.

i hear ya! i'm usually the only one in E/SP at our local runs. sometimes i'll jump up a class or two and run with the vettes just to have someone to run against....

Man...I definitely need to bring my TA up there an run with ya'll sometime this year! I run with nccbmwcca and will be getting with the capitaldrivingclub here soon.

Here's some pics of me at a MD event last weekend...next week I'm getting some Kuhmo Ecsta XS 285/40/17's all the way around and doing strano springs/SLP-Bilstein shocks at least. If I can swing some more into my budget I'll do UMI 35/22 F/R Sway Bars and UMI 3 point boilt in sfc's
