Anyone ever seen this? I don't know where it's from, but OMG!! And who says that stock C5 brakes aren't good enough?!

Assumptions:
110" wheel base 18" CG height 50/50 weight distribution That would require 3.06 G's to lift the rear wheels off the ground from pure braking forces. There doesn't appear to be any significant 'speed bump' to help the situation out. There doesn't appear to be anything special with the car (12" slicks on the front, significant weight reduction in the rear, significant down force in the front). Unless the concrete is exceptionally rough and grippy, I say this myth is busted. |
