Guys
A few days ago I found a thread with pics of a lowered chin deflector that had bracing behind it so that it wouldn't bend back. I cannot find it now, where is it? I would like to do a similar setup. Thanks Tyler |

Tyler, from what I remember of the picture, it looked to me like simple metal (maybe Al.) metal stock that was bolted to the attachment points of the deflector. Seems like it would be pretty easy to do.
I was thinking about doint it, but I scrape the crap out of it so much (especially when loading and unloading on the Uhaul trailer), that I need it to flex. Also, I saw some pretty good pictures of me at a fairly high speed (maybe 80), and it didn't look like it was flexing at all. I do have brake ducts taking air from two 3" holes on the outside of the deflector that might be preventing it from flexing very much. |
