I know we've had lots of people on here looking for tow vehicles. Well, this one will tow...

I've decided that I want something else to drive daily and that leaves me no parking space at the house (or in the budget) for the truck. Since most of the mileage has been from driving it around, it's a very lightly used heavy duty truck. The bed is straight and there are no dents inside the bed (none I can think of, it's definately not beat to crap and it's very likely perfect) and it has been Rhino Lined. Anyway, this is a pretty clean tow rig that hasn't been abused and hasn't really seen much towing either.

It's snowing out, so I can't take new pics, but I have some old ones and can get fresh ones as soon as the weather allows.

So is it going?

Not yet. I might just take it up to Carmax (in a few minutes). I'm not renewing the tags, so I may as well dump it. It's getting to be a little like the Camaro. My mind is made up to get rid of it and now I'm less and less worried about what it's worth vs. what I can get out of it. I'm starting to consider dumping it for anything above payoff to get rid of the payment and insurance every month (and free up space in the driveway). However, I've found two C4 ZR1's that are quite reasonably priced (one local, one in Texas) and I considered taking it across town to talk about a trade. They also have a 2004 Z06 (sadly it's the commoretive edition with the grey stripes...I'd rather have it in just the blue) on the lot with only a few thousand miles on it. But my significant other wants to see the engine running in the Corvette now that she helped put it together. So, I'm keeping the '91 and might just buy another one. Not sure which one is getting the snow tires (or the spot in the garage) for winter duty, but I'll sort that out later. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I guess it's a bad time to sell a truck. The only thing I could think that would hurt the sale is the fact that it's 2wd.

I like 2wd trucks for towing. I particularly like that they get better fuel mileage and you can pull the transmission easily. Others may not agree, but I actually bought a 2wd on purpose. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
