93-02 CAMARO/FIREBIRD BATTERY TRAY
The battery tray is made of powder coated mild steel with stainless steel hardware for excellent abrasion, and acid resistance. It and sits on top of the coolant tank in the original location, and the installation is easy with basic hand tools, drill, and a grinder or file. The hold down hook is steel to improve durability over the plastic OEM part, and is available in red or black powder coat. I use a metal 90* battery hold down bracket that ties into the OEM battery tray mount using a bolt, not sure how my existing bracket would be compatible with your tray, unless you sell or include a tiedown bracket also? I still have my original battery tray, never incurred any leakage or damage.
