Because of that, I did the run/work program. I worked about 2 hours on one of the corners, and got one 20 minute session on-track for $35. I feel that's a great value to someone who's 'not sure' about paying for a full day for one reason or another. Good thing I only did the one session because my pads faded horribly and started grinding by the end of the 20 minutes. Upgraded to Hawk DTC30 fronts now, so I'm doing the full 3x20 sessions tomorrow at Atlanta Motorsports Park. I think the $150 price is fair for an hour of total track time. All other 'independent' track days at this track are $250+, but obviously for more on-track time. |
