Discovered StopTech is made by Centric. TireRack carries the Centric rotors (not slotted) for $55 each with free shipping. Received in 1 day. Although they are made in China they appear to be machined and finished in the US.

The Stoptech rotors are a bit different in design and in the internal venting they use.
