The carbon fiber dash had NO instruments in it. As a matter of fact I didn't see any tachometer, etc. in the car. Also didn't see a rear view mirror inside the car. Little things I thought were odd.
Cadillac worked out a deal with the WC that if the WC wanted them to race in their series they would allow them this and that and this and that . . .
