I almost failed tech since my front bearings had a little slop (thirdgen). I decided run the event anyway since they didn't even have 1000 miles on them and because I didn't have any bearings or cotter pins with me. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/banghead.gif) Also, this isn't a daily driver so I guess I wasn't too worried. I know... I know... I still should have checked them, but they were fine.
I'm sure those of us who have trailers bring extra everything, but what are some of the more common parts you tend to bring with you? I keep some spare wire with crimps and 2 extra computers with eproms in the car, but that's it. |

QUOTE (rmackintosh @ Jul 31 2004, 08:31 PM) GOTCHA there Tony! My daughter went to Sears Point for the first time when she was 3.5 weeks old! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) My 3 month old son went to Thunderhill for the first time when he was 3 weeks old! :drive: guess he's got her beat... We go with the HOLE DAMN FAMBLY loaded up in my dads motorhome! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/2thumbs.gif) Yeah racing is a family sport IMO.And the earlier the better I presume as in learning the track safety and do's and don'ts. NASA encourages family attendance and even as some have mentioned has provisions for them like bubble rooms, day care and such.Coarse my kids usually are watching the action (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) And for a new family to bring their new child out there is perfectly acceptable if one want to when done responsibly(key word) and they are looked after accordingly. Oh yeah besides the sun block for the little one dehydration needs to be watched and maybe some ear plugs too (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Tony |
