I almost failed tech since my front bearings had a little slop (thirdgen). I decided run the event anyway since they didn't even have 1000 miles on them and because I didn't have any bearings or cotter pins with me. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/banghead.gif) Also, this isn't a daily driver so I guess I wasn't too worried. I know... I know... I still should have checked them, but they were fine.
I'm sure those of us who have trailers bring extra everything, but what are some of the more common parts you tend to bring with you? I keep some spare wire with crimps and 2 extra computers with eproms in the car, but that's it. |

My favorite spare part is a rear axle assembly, flange to flange, ready to bolt in. Its been used twice in five weekends this year (once by me, once by Ed Varon). I'm thinking of getting two rotors, calipers, and a some quick disconnect fittings so we can swap in 15 minutes, Audi LeMans style :drive:
