I have a 1995 Firebird with the standard 15.5 gallon (not 1LE) gas tank. I have never "pushed it" in terms of low fuel loads with racing/autocrossing. This weekend, it may make sense to push it.
How low can you go? I am thinking that 3 gallons is a lower limit, but this is pure speculation on my part. |

QUOTE (Nick @ Sep 2 2004, 12:45 PM) My '02 would cut out with a 1/3 tank in long sweepers on the road course. Same here ... tested a couple weeks ago ... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) |
