I have a pair of used front Koni DAs and a pair of used Koni rear SAs for sale.
The fronts: One shock is just fine, as far as I know. The other has the shaft twisted off. When I was putting the shock on, I was a tad zealous with my impact gun and twisted off the end. Doh! I bought them used and never got a chance to run them. The rears: I've had these on the car for about a year and they are in fine working order. All are rebuildable, according to Lee Grimes at Koni. I would let all go for $300 plus any costs associated with shipping. I would get the shock repaired myself, but have decided to go a different route ... |

Yeah, a good member at LS1.com gave me the low down that these shocks are are not off the shelf DA's, but ones SLP valved for 1 LE springs. This is what SLP told him over the phone. What the heck does mean, exactly? These shocks are adjustables, so why custom valve them?
I don't understand... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) still a good friggin' deal, though. Even w/o the sale, they only go for $625 for a set of 4. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Aria |
