I have a blue simpson 5 point Y type harness laying around. It's a little dirty but can probably be cleaned up. No idea the date, good condition except needs a cleaning. I had it installed in my car.

I wan to trade for a black lap belt only. I don't need a harness just the lap belt. Off brands are fine....

Barney I'd trade but don't want to buy anything. The cheaper version has a seatbelt type latch is that right. That's probably the way I'd like to go as the latch FX latch is heavy. If it is a seat belt type latch it would probably need to have some sort of Simpson marking on it. So it doesn't look like I removed a stock belt for another stock belt.

TxAgZ28 If I sell this one I'll end up not getting the lap belt.

John, I don't need the stock stuff, I'm removing it to fit "alternate restraints" per the rules. And an entire harness is just extra weight.


One other thing, and you would have to double check because I don't want anyone to be mis-lead, BUT I THINK until the end of this year, Impact Racing will take a Simpson Harness in trade for theirs. You have to add around $60. Basically about 1/2 off. Same for a cam lock only it's $100.
