QUOTE (jensend @ Dec 19 2004, 09:21 AM) QUOTE (jensend @ Dec 18 2004, 05:11 PM) Just my experience, but, having installed and used the autopower rollbar in my '02, there are MANY better designed and more efficient bars/cages. Used a Kirk Racing bar in my Neon ACR and the strength, fit , and finish were far superior. Wolf also makes some nice units that I've seen in F-bodies. These are just options. You might want to look into a custom fabbed unit for best fit and safety. Think safe before you think cost. Just watch the GT4 race from the 2004 Runoffs and you'll know the value of a well-made cage. OOPS! edit to previous post: check out the G Production race at the Runoffs. Damned brain fade! ..or T2... :leaving: |
