That was really my first track weekend and first time on the skidpad too. We only got about 3 or 4 minutes. I did much better this year when I had another chance at it. The thing with going with the BMW club is, he says "Nail the gas" in 2nd gear on a wet skidpad. 2nd gear in an LS1 is much different than 2nd gear in a lower HP/Torque BMW. LS1 Inside! / Toolbox / Mechanical Engineer Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,215 Joined: 5-February 04 From: NJ Member No.: 179	Most of them are from my first few track days last year, but some are from this year....none too recent though.---So, sorry if I may not be too fast or too smooth.
