For those of you with aftermarket seats and kept the stock seatbelt for street driving, what have you done to keep the seatbelt at a good level. The stock seats have that clip near the top of the seat the holds the belt down.
I could always put that on the new seat, I was wondering if it is load bearing in a crash (ie I would have to screw it in, or if I could just attach it to the seat in another method so I wouldn't have to screw through the new fabric. Thanks! |

I went with the Corbeau Legacy, and so far love it (just put it in last night, but am happy so far). It is going to take me a little while to get used to the change in posture, as my upper body sits a little closer to the wheel, while my legs can still be extended. Its a better position for me, which I wan't able to acheive with the factory seat.
I think you might have a hard time finding a good race style seat with power. You might want to look at local shops to see if any will bolster your stock seat for you. |
