Hey,
I found out about this board from Stang Killer on ls1tech with the 99 TA. I myself own a 93 TA, hard top, 66K miles, prety much stock with the exception of a few small things. All the suspension is original from 93, factory LT1 brakes still on it. |

QUOTE (CMC #37 @ Jan 5 2005, 07:12 PM) Howdy!!! I have a '94 Trans-Am CMC project. I think all the '93s came with better gear ratio manual tranny, first gear is shorter than the post '93s and possibly another gear is better up top (rusty on that). Hopefully you are lucky enough to have a manual! A stock '93....(rubs hands together and salivates!) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif) 93 had two 6 speeds, a M28 and M29, the M29 being the wide ratio, came with 3.23s, M28 with 2.73s. All 93 TAs had the "performance" package so all six speed TAs in 93 were wide ratio cars. Mines is an auto with a Vigi 3200 stall, I have seen a few 93 T-56s for sale, I wouldnt mind picking up a core for cheap, later down the line I want to swap over to a six speed.
