Yep,,, I know the reason that they have a date. The vehicle that I'm going to be using them in is a 83 Blazer that is going to be used in low speed 4 wheeling. Worst that might happen {hopefully} is to maybe flop on it's side or on it's top. All the belts will have to do is to hold me in. In other words,,, no high speed hits.
