Is there a way to turn the airbag light off using LS1Edit? Since I disconnected the airbags, the light flashes, attempts to pump, then the airbag light and service engine light comes on all the time.

QUOTE (felton316 @ Feb 6 2005, 10:46 PM) Do you still have the control module in the center console and all the air bag fuses installed? No, and I'm not putting it back in. I dealt with the light all last year, b/c the bags were still in the car, just disabled. Yes, the fuse was in, just not the control module. I'd like to pull the bulb or cut the wire, but the "service vehicle" light will still be on I think. What else of importance would set the "service vehicle" light? Maybe I should just unplug both the bulbs? It's not like it's important like the "service engine soon" light.....that's a light that grabs attention. |
