So when are you guys going to roll out that E3 conversion anyway?
My 89 325ix is just itching for some ls1 power.
(especially since the tranny is going out on it)
Probably nearly as cheap to do a swap as to replace the tranny, do the timing belt, etc.

The E36 project is coming along pretty good. We had a little set-back with the steering linkage and header clearance but we are working through it and the car should be at the custom header fabricator in a week or so. After that we will source a LS6 probably and then bolt everything in. The wiring harness will be the final challenge but we are pretty confident it will be running by the summer.
