I couldn't find a thread on here anywhere about wheel bearing grease. Anyway, I need some suggestions about what type to use - synthetic or what - for track use. My car is used mainly for lap days - the longest sessions are 20 -25 minutes on the Mosport GP track which is about 2.5 miles long. Thanks George |

What kind of car? 4th gens you can't repack them at least as far as I'm aware...just replace when you notice they start to get loose. I don't know if there is a 'race' bearing for it like the C5s or not...but I do not think so. As for the others, Moblie 1 syn. grease seems to hold up pretty good, RedLine also makes some and I want to say there is a CV grease out there but I can't remember the name of it. There are some exotic grease's out there but for most normal people those get the job done. |
